Haley Cavinder is heating up Arizona in her swimsuit. In one of her latest photos, a mirror selfie, the college basketball player turned WWE wrestler shows off her famous figure in a bathing suit. "Find me in zona!" she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. "She loves that mirror," commented her twin sister, Hanna. How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 6 ways Haley Cavinder stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

In a new video shared on their joint YouTube account, Haley and Hanna share all of their diet and fitness tips. They revealed that they start their morning off by drinking 40 ounces of water. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Right after drinking their water, the twins eat their first small, protein-packed meal of the day: A bowl of high-protein oats mixed with blueberries and some white chocolate pretzel-flavored nut butter, which she eats "every single" day and is a "game changer."  After their first workout, they have a second breakfast, a cinnamon raisin English muffin with peanut butter. Haley says that they recently started "incorporating a lot more food" into their diets because they "love to eat" and always "listen to their bodies." They return to the gym for another workout, then have the second half of their English muffins made into a "sausage biscuit" with egg whites. "It's like an Egg McGriddle from McDonald's, but a healthy version," Haley explains. For lunch, they have grilled chicken, Greek yogurt, and Avocado Green Goddess dressing on whole wheat bread, which is "so quick and easy" to make. A few hours later, they feast on a watermelon salad with jalapenos, lettuce, feta cheese, and watermelon topped with balsamic dressing. For a snack, they eat "protein ice cream," which consists of Fairlife vanilla, sugar-free lactose-free milk mixed with a Jello packet refrigerated for six to eight hours with fruit and peanut butter on top. "It's like an acai smoothie bowl," Hanna says. "We're obsessed with it." For dinner they eat a turkey Sloppy Joe from ready-made meal brand Farm to Fork.

Hanna and Haley do workouts curated by online coach Kat Padgett. On leg day they do Romanian deadlifts, single leg extensions, barbell box squats, sumo deadlifts, deficit reverse lunges, dumbbell sumo squat pulses, and glute cable kickbacks.

After her first gym session, Haley goes on a "hot girl walk" with Hanna around their neighborhood. "We love our hot girl walks, we love trying different locations," Hanna explained. "This is kind of our time to just unwind, figure out what our plan is for the day, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Florida."

Haley's coffee order? "Black cold brew," she revealed in the video, explaining that she and her sister "'don't like to drink their calories."

Hanna and Haley strive to get at least 10,000 steps a day. Her second workout of the day is usually on a treadmill set to an include of 15 and speed of 3.5 MPH. They walk for 30 minutes. After, they "reduce inflammation" by sitting in the sauna for 10 minutes.
